I cooked in Swaledale on Saturday for a hen party of 12 ladies at Martins Farm holiday cottage. Beautiful part of the Yorkshire Dales and a very scenic drive following the river right up to the very top of Ribblesdale, down Wensleydale and over to Swaledale, then back across Wensleydale, Wharfedale, Airedale and home.
